Toshio Kitamura

Toshio moved to St. Louis from Tokyo in 2015 to join CSI’s board of directors on behalf of Tokyo Century Corporation. In 2016, he became CSI’s executive vice president of global business development and continues to sit on the board as vice chairman. Prior to moving to St. Louis, he was deputy department president and general manager of Tokyo Century. He has also worked for Mizuho Corporate Bank, CIT Group and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank. He is currently a board member of the Japan America Society of St. Louis. Toshio received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2005 and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo in 1986.
